In 2012, I founded Ignite Purpose with one clear mission: to place humanity back at the heart of performance and growth. With a background spanning HR, recruitment, consulting, and executive leadership, I saw firsthand the incredible potential that is unlocked when we truly invest in people.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of individuals and teams step into their potential, overcome adversity, and achieve the extraordinary, together.
What continues to inspire my team and me is the transformation we see in leadership teams, in workplace cultures, and most importantly, in the lives of the people we work with.
